(Bismarck, ND) -- Governor Doug Burgum is set to act on a bill banning state-issued mask mandates. The North Dakota House passed the Senate-amended measure yesterday that would forbid statewide mask mandates. The Interim State Health Officer imposed a statewide mask mandate last November as COVID-19 cases skyrocketed. The order expired in January.
