(Grand Forks, ND) -- Rain is responsible for a washout of the Greater Grand Forks Fair auto races.
A heavy downpour Sunday afternoon led to the cancellation of the races for the second time in three years.
River Cities Speedway officials called off the race because of track conditions on Friday night as well.
