North Dakota State Parade Returns

(Minot, ND)  --  The North Dakota State Parade is back.  Thousands came out Saturday to enjoy the event that featured more than 150 different organizations.  This was the 39th year for the parade, with a theme of Saluting All Essential Workers.  The event is part of the state fair festivities.
