(Williston, ND) -- The community of Williston is cheering for Katie Ledecky in the Olympics.
The city is the hometown of the swimmer's mother. Ledecky's grandfather was responsible for opening the first indoor pool in Williston, where the five-time gold medalist was the first to swim a lap when it opened.
Community leaders say Ledecky and her family have been big supporters of Williston aquatics.
