(Bena, MN) -- A three-year-old girl is dead following yesterday's accidental shooting in northern Minnesota. Investigators say she was shot by a five-year-old boy at a residence in Bena sometime before police were alerted around 4 a.m. Family members reportedly rushed the victim to a hospital in Deer River, where she later died.
