North Dakota Officials Introduce a New 'Addiction Survey'

(Bismarck, ND)--The State of North Dakota is working to end the addiction crisis impacting all our communities. They are seeking the help of every citizen to share their attitudes and knowledge of addiction by participating in the “North Dakota Addressing Addiction” Survey. This 10-minute survey will  help identify the challenges and opportunities related to addiction and recovery in the state. The feedback will be instrumental in supporting healthy and safe communities that are free from addiction.

This online survey is completely anonymous and no identifying information will be collected. The Survey is live now and will be open until September 1st. The data collected from the survey will be shared at First Lady of North Dakota's, Recovery Reinvented event in October.
