ND Health Officials Expecting Increased Vaccinations After Pfizer Fully Approved

(Bismarck, ND)  --  North Dakota health officials are expecting increased vaccination appointments now that the Pfizer vaccine has been fully approved by the FDA.

State Health Department officials say they're concerned about an increase in COVID-19 hospitalizations among children, along with re-infections.  Governor Doug Burgum released a statement yesterday supporting the vaccine, saying it's the key to keeping hospitalizations down.

The Department of Health says they will be upping the number of walk-in vaccination and booster shot sites.
