(Bismarck, ND) -- One person has been arrested for a DUI after an SUV drove into the Missouri River yesterday morning. Police say Hailey Randall was driving the car with three passengers when she confused drive for reverse and drove the car into the river. The passenger window was open and everyone inside could escape. Randall has been arrested. The vehicle was successfully pulled from the river.
