North Dakota Tops Survey For DUI Arrests Per Capita

(Fargo, ND)  --  North Dakota has more DUI arrests per capita than any other U.S. state.

This according to state officials, who say that the most recent figures show that North Dakota earned a DUI-severity score of 92-point-one out of 100. Wyoming, Montana, South Dakota and Texas reportedly round out the bottom five in the survey, which draws its data from both the FBI and the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration.

Officials say Utah recorded the lowest number of DUI arrests per capita in the survey.
