State Redistricting Panel Begins Work Today

(Fargo, ND) -- The sixteen state lawmakers who make up the state's redistricting committee begin their work Wednesday on redrawing North Dakota's political boundaries.  

The panel will hold a public hearing beginning this morning at ten o-clock at the Hilton Garden Inn in Fargo. North Dakota's population grew by sixteen percent since the last census ten years ago.  

Fargo Mayor Tim Mahoney and West Fargo Mayor Bernie Dardis are among the speakers scheduled to address the committee.
