(McLean County, ND) -- Several North Dakota agencies are working through transferring permits to the new owners of Coal Creek Station.
The permits include landfill and water issues. More information is being requested about what energy sources would send electricity across the state line under new ownership.
Bismarck-based Rainbow Energy Marketing Corp. says the transfer process to their affiliates is going smoothly.
