(Minot, ND) -- Officials at Minot Air Force Base say a reported suspicious package was found to not be a threat.
The item was reported Monday afternoon near building 475 on the base. Base officials evacuated the building and several nearby facilities as a precaution.
A public affairs spokesperson says explosive ordinance experts checked the package and found it wasn't a threat.
