(Bismarck, ND) -- Fatal car wrecks are returning to pre-pandemic levels in North Dakota. The state's Transportation Department says as of September, 86-deadly car crashes have been recorded in the state. A total of 85-crash deaths were reported by that time in 2019. Officials say they think people are changing how they drive because of the pandemic. The data shows 94-percent of these crashes are caused by human error.
