(Rolla, ND) -- The Rolette County Commission is mourning the death of one of its members.
The commission announced Wednesday that Archie Metcalfe died unexpectedly last Tuesday at the age of 60. He was elected to the commission last year and worked as a road maintenance operator.
Metcalfe also ran his own excavating business and was involved in several clubs in the community.
