(Bismarck, ND) -- A missing persons database is being implemented in North Dakota.
A law passed in 2019 approved the implementation of the database, but the project only recently received funding. Three-hundred-thousand dollars was approved during the special session for the Attorney General's Office to implement the tool.
The funds came from the federal American Rescue Plan Act.
