(Grand Forks, ND)-- A single vehicle crash in Grand Forks has led to a 33 year old driver, Paul Burlachko, to be arrested and charged with a DUI. Burlachko was traveling South on I-29 when he ran off the roadway and the vehicle he was operating flipped over into the ditch. Burlachko was transported to the local Altru hospital with non life threatening injuries. Along with a DUI he is also being charged with driving under suspension. The crash remains under investigation by local authorities.
