(St. Paul, MN) -- The vaccine-or-test mandates for restaurants, bars, and entertainment venues in Minneapolis and St. Paul are now lifted.

Twin Cities Mayors Melvin Carter and Jacob Frey rescinded the orders yesterday as the number of COVID-19 cases and hospitalizations rapidly declines.

The lightened restrictions took effect immediately. Mask mandates remain in place.
