(Bismarck, ND) -- Several cases related to the Dakota Access Pipeline are going before the North Dakota Supreme Court.

The Justices are currently weighing whether to delay the release of about 16-thousand documents relating to construction security on the project. A related case before the high court deals with whether to give pipeline developer Energy Transfer a second way to block the records from public view.

No decisions have been made.
