(Polk County, MN) -- A man convicted of the murder of a woman in Erskine is headed to prison.
Court records sow 43-year-old Andre Metcalf was sentenced this week to seven years in prison for third-degree murder in the death of 32-year-old Katie Flick. Metcalf has also been ordered to pay Flick's family 12-thousand dollars.
Court documents show 30-year-old Georgie Platkoff is also charged with third-degree murder and second-degree driving while intoxicated in the case but hasn't been convicted.
