(Minneapolis, MN) -- A Red Lake man is pleading guilty to the fatal shooting of a Red Lake Tribal Peace Officer.
Court documents say 29-year-old David Brain Donnell Jr. pleaded guilty to the murder of Officer Ryan Bialke. Donnell Jr. is accused of murdering Officer Bialke during an attempted arrest at Donnell's home. You can read more about the event by clicking here.
Donnell faces a maximum sentence of life in prison. A sentencing date has not been set at this time.
