(Kyiv, Ukraine) -- An Ashley farmer being held in Ukrainian custody is now in a new location.

Senator John Hoeven says Kurt Groszhans was recently moved from Kyiv to Lviv. Hoeven and Senator Kevin Cramer have been working to get Groszhans to safety as the Russian invasion continues.

He has been jailed since November, accused of plotting to assassinate the county's then-agriculture minister, Roman Leschenko. Hoeven says the ultimate goal is to get Groszhans out of the country.
