Reports of stolen vehicle with children inside leads to arrest of Devils Lake man

(Devils Lake, ND) -- A Devils Lake man is facing multiple charges following reports of a stolen vehicle which had two kids inside.

32-year-old Guled Omar Farah is accused of entering a running vehicle at a Hardes in Devils Lake on Saturday. Police say Farah was arrested shortly after the report, and say the kids who were inside the vehicle were unharmed.

Officials say this incident is a reminder to stay with the vehicle while it is running, especially when it is on.
