(Fargo, ND) -- North Dakota ranchers impacted by back-to-back, record-setting storms in April are now able to apply for financial assistance.

The North Dakota Stockmen's Association and the North Dakota Stockmen's Foundation are partnering to support cattle ranchers through the Hope After Haley Disaster Relief Fund. The storms led to widespread livestock deaths and illnesses, along with damaged buildings and fences.

Ranchers have been struggling coming off a season of severe drought when the storms then hit in the middle of calving season.
