(Falcon Heights, MN) -- A man is accused of videotaping people in the bathroom at the Minnesota State Fair last year.
Authorities say 33-year-old Michael New filmed at least 80 videos of men using the restroom last summer through a hole in a stall door. Officials say the same thing happened at the Fair as early as 2004.
Fair officials haven't said why action hasn't been taken.
