Minnesota Department of Agriculture bringing Biofuel options to gas stations

(St. Paul, MN) -- The Minnesota Department of Agriculture will be bringing more biofuel options to local gas stations.

They announced the new six-point-four-million dollar Agricultural Growth, Research, and Innovation Biofuels Infrastructure Grant Program over the weekend.

The program will help 44 gas stations across the state dispense Unleaded 88 by upgrading petroleum dispensers and fuel storage tanks.

Funding was provided by the State Legislature, with an additional $1 million provided by Minnesota Corn.
