(Nelson County, ND) -- A Lakota woman is injured after a Nelson County crash.
The crash happened at North Dakota Highway One and U.S. Highway Two around 5:50 p.m. Saturday. Authorities say 34-year-old Alexandra Battistoni failed to stop for traffic and collided with an SUV.
She was taken to the hospital for treatment of her injuries.
The 43-year-old driver of the SUV and a juvenile passenger weren't injured in the crash.
Battistoni faces a charge of Failure to yield right of way. The crash remains under investigation.
