(Grand Forks, ND) -- A Buxton man is charged with attempted murder related to a New Year's Eve incident.
Just after 10:30 p.m. on Saturday, police and fire responded to a trailer fire in Emerado. Witnesses told investigators there was a fight at the residence leading up to the fire.
That's when authorities placed 29-year-old Jeffery Kollin Mundis under arrest.
He faces aggravated assault, terrorizing and assault on an officer charges.
Authorities say more charges are pending from the incident.
