(Williston, ND) -- One man is dead following a two vehicle crash in Williams County
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says the crash happened approximately 12 miles north of Williston, North Dakota at around 6:25 a.m on Wednesday. Authorities say a semi with lit hazard lights was slowing down to make a turn when a second vehicle struck the semi trailer. Officials say the second vehicle's driver suffered serious injures and was taken to CHI St. Alexius, where he later died. Both the driver and a passenger in the semi were not injured in the incident.
The crash report does not indicate charges are being considered for the incident.
