(Bismarck, ND) -- The state Attorney General's Office is reporting a settlement has been reached in the case of Glasser Images.

According to Attorney General Drew Wrigley, Jack Glasser and Jace Schacher have agreed to pay more than 800-thousand dollars in restitution to customers who never received promised wedding photos.

While both men filed for bankruptcy last year, they have agreed that their restitution payments would not be dischargeable.

Neither of the two will be allowed to operate a photography business in North Dakota for the next 15 years.
