(Bismarck, ND) -- Vision Zero advocates are speaking out about North Dakota's seatbelt citations issued in November.
The data shows that just over 650 seatbelt violations were issued statewide in November. Nearly 30 citations were issued for incorrect child restraints.
Vision Zero says 65-percent of people who died in North Dakota crashes in 2022 weren't wearing seatbelts.
The Vision Zero movement aims to eliminate traffic deaths in the state.
