Minnesota Governor Walz asks major pharmacies about providing access to abortion drugs

(Fargo, ND) -- Minnesota Governor Tim Walz is calling on major pharmacies to clarify how they plan to protect access to abortion drugs.  This comes after Walgreens announced it would stop distributing medication for abortions in some states.  Walz joined members of the Reproductive Freedom Alliance in sending a letter to executives at CVS, Walmart, Rite-Aid, Safeway, Health Mart, Kroger, Costco, and Target, urging them to make decisions based on medical evidence and the well-being of patients rather than "politics or litigation threats."
