(Dickey County, ND) -- A Jamestown Man is seriously hurt in a crash that occurred in Dickey County yesterday afternoon.
The North Dakota Highway Patrol says 22-year-old Dennis Gates' pickup suffered a mechanical failure before crashing into a ditch along Highway 11. Gates was air-lifted to a hospital in Aberdeen, South Dakota with serious, but non life-threatening injuries.
Troopers say Gates was not wearing his seatbelt and hit his head.
