(Minneapolis, MN) — Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey delivered his first in-person State of the City address since 2019.
Frey gave the speech this morning in North Minneapolis.
He said the city is having a resurgence as it comes back from the pandemic.
He also urged residents to continue to support local businesses as they continue recovering from the losses due to COVID-19.
