(Bismarck, ND) -- A week after the end of the North Dakota legislative session, the legislature has revealed it passed the wrong version of its final bill.

The Office of Management and Budget bill moved forward in the 11th hour of the session. House Majority Leader Mike Lefor says it was simply a clerical error, which would not force the legislature to reconvene to correct the issue.
