(Wahpeton, ND) — A shelter in place order is active in Wilkin County Minnesota following a Wahpeton shooting.
The Wilkin County Dispatch Center says a shooting occurred in Wahpeton, North Dakota, and is alerting residents that a suspect is still at large. A shelter in place is in effect for residents until further notice.
