(Bismarck, ND) — A Mandan man linked to Wednesday’s pre-dawn, single-vehicle crash in Bismarck is facing felony charges.
Prosecutors say police spotted Tyler Jans driving off from the Elbow Room Bar shortly after midnight. A short time later, they allegedly saw his vehicle crash into a railing outside the Federal Building on East Broadway Avenue. A brief vehicle chase followed, ending with a second crash outside Kirkwood Mall. No injuries were reported.
Jans was arrested for suspicion of DUI, along with felony drug and fleeing charges, and two misdemeanors.
