Authorities identify pedestrian killed in crash near Lake Park

LAKE PARK, MN - The Becker County Sheriff's Office has released the names of those involved in a fatal pedestrian crash near Lake Ida, south of Lake Park early Sunday. The victim was Hunter Standfield, 29, of Dilworth. Samantha Qualley, 32, of Lake Park, called the Sheriff's Office just after 4 a.m. to report that she may have hit someone who was lying in the middle of County Road 4, near Dahlgren Beach Road. Deputies and emergency personnel responded to the scene and found Standfield dead.  

Authorities are still investigating.
