Sturgis Rally rolls into 5th day - 2 people dead following motorcycle crashes

(Sturgis, SD)  --  The 83rd annual Sturgis Rally is rolling into day five.  

South Dakota's Department of Public Safety has been sharing its "Sturgis Rally Tally" -- a way to track crashes and crimes during the event.  

Two people died Sunday in motorcycle-related crashes.

There have been 36 DUI arrests and three-hundred-65 citations handed out through Monday -- those numbers down at this point from last year.

Sturgis Police says overnight cleanups have been going smoothly and so is the rally itself.  The event runs through Sunday, August 13th.
