Mandan man sentenced to 4 years following guilty plea in drug, weapons case

(Mandan, ND)  --  A Mandan man faces a four-year prison sentence after he pleaded guilty to drug-possession and firearms charges yesterday.   Authorities say 33-year-old Daniel Kinsella was behind the wheel when police pulled him over for a traffic stop in September.  A K-9 officer found 84 grams of methamphetamine, a small bag of weed, and two stolen firearms in the vehicle.

 Kinsella initially told police he had just borrowed the vehicle, but later admitted the drugs and guns belonged to him.
