(Jamestown, ND) – A former United States Senate candidate has officially announced she’s running for federal office.
Katrina Christiansen, who unsuccessfully ran against United States Senator John Hoeven in the 2022 election, is running for the seat held currently by United States Senator Kevin Cramer.
"I'm thrilled to announce my candidacy for the 2024 U.S. Senate race in North Dakota," said Christiansen. "North Dakotans deserve strong, principled leadership that prioritizes their needs, and I am fully prepared to take on that responsibility. People are tired of the chaos and lack of results coming from Washington. As an engineer, I'm a problem solver who doesn't care about partisan politics. I am running for the U.S. Senate to be an advocate for the hardworking North Dakotans who have been shortchanged by career politicians."
