(Bismarck, ND  --  North Dakota is already seeing cases of both strains of the flu.

Influenza A and B have been reported and both have similar symptoms.

Patients often complain of fever, body aches, sore throat, runny nose and a dry cough.

Hand washing by the entire family is a good way to stop the spread of germs.

There are several flu shot clinics being held including tonight from 5 to 7:30 p.m. at Essentia Health Mid-Dakota Clinic on 9th and Rosser in Bismarck.
