Investigation into death of North Dakota Senator reveals mechanical errors not the cause of crash

(Bismarck, ND) -- Federal investigators have released a report revealing new information about the plane crash that killed North Dakota Senator Doug Larsen and his family in Utah.

The single-engine plane crash occurred shortly after take off. Investigators determined mechanical issues did not cause the crash.
