Vikings OC Wes Phillips apologizes for drunken-driving arrest

(Minneapolis, MN)  --  A Vikings coach is apologizing after recently arrested for driving while intoxicated.  

Offensive coordinator Wes Phillips stated yesterday that he was sorry for not living up to personal and professional standards and he hopes to grow from his mishap.  

He was pulled over last Friday for speeding on I-394 in Minneapolis.  

Phillips registered a blood alcohol level of point-ten percent.  

The legal limit in Minnesota is point-eight percent.
