North Dakota and Minnesota see stable gas prices as the new year arrives

(Bismarck, ND) — North Dakota drivers are enjoying stable gas prices as 2023 draws to a close.  

As reported by AAA, the average price for a gallon of regular was essentially unchanged yesterday at $2.86. Gas in Cass county is also at the state average, with most neighboring counties staying at or below that price. Nearby Steele County is seeing nearly $3 gas, and Ransom is seeing averages at $2.94.

In neighboring Minnesota, the state average is $2.87 a gallon, with Clay county staying at that average. Otter Tail, Becker and Norman counties are seeing higher prices, with nearby Mahnomen seeing $3.04 for the average price at the pump, the highest in the state.
