(Grand Forks County, ND) -- A man accused of sex crimes against children in Grand Forks County has pleaded not guilty.
Authorities say Anthony Eley allegedly sexually abused a young girl in 2020 and 2021, forced her to participate in sex acts with another girl, and recording the abuse. Eley faces multiple felony charges, including gross sexual imposition and possession of prohibited materials.
Eley waived his preliminary hearing that was scheduled to take place today, and a final dispositional conference is scheduled for April 4th.
