(Moorhead, MN) -- Northland Vapors is ordered to pay $105,000 to Minnesota and health entities after the company was accused of violating state edible laws.

The Minnesota Board of Pharmacy and Minnesota Department of Health in Clay County sued Northland Vapor for selling products that were over the legal limit of 50mg of THC per package. This includes some that contained 2,500mg of THC.

The products were ordered to be destroyed by a court order in June of 2023. Northland Vapor says they will voluntarily destroy the remaining packages that are contested by the state law.
