(Austin, TX) -- A Minnesota man is under arrest after making threats online.
Justin McCauley, who worked for Tesla, posted on social media that he was coming to Texas to kill both Elon Musk and President Biden.
His wife saw the post on X and called the cops.
McCauley was found 800-miles away at an Oklahoma hotel but, for some reason, police let him go.
The 31-year old was finally taken into custody in Austin and charged with making a terroristic threat.
