Man pleads guilty to setting another on fire in Brooklyn Center

(Brooklyn Center, MN) -- A 60-year-old man has pleaded guilty to setting a man on fire in Brooklyn Center, Minnesota in 2022.

Police say Charles Hall had been arguing with the victim before he filled a cup with gasoline, threw it on him, and lit him on fire. The victim suffered severe burns.

Hall is charged with first-degree assault and faces up to 20 years in prison.
