(Fargo, ND) -- One is man is in jail after investigators say he stole a handgun from Billy's Corner Bar in Vergas.
The Otter Tail County Sheriff says Donald Merrill Jr. stole the 9 millimeter handgun after breaking into the bar early Wednesday morning.
Investigators say a security camera at the bar recorded the burglary.
Merrill was arrested Thursday morning after investigators searched his home and recovered the gun.
He is charged with 1st Degree Burglary and felon in possession of a firearm.
