(Jamestown, ND)  --  Commercial flights out of Jamestown Regional Airport will be suspended while repairs are made to the main runway.

The airports' other runways can't accommodate a commercial jet so commercial flights will be suspended for six weeks beginning next month while work is completed.

The airlines should contact passengers who have purchased tickets to help them rebook or get a refund.

Recreational flights, agriculture spray planes and student flights can all still operate out of the Jamestown Airport.
